Bare board uninterruptible power supply Open UPS is designed to provide regulated power output from the widest input voltage (9-27V) or backup batteries, MCU assisted lithium battery charging, and battery balancing in a single PCBA.The battery is inserted into the device without any additional processing between the battery and the UPS.

 The UPS includes a synchronous step-down to step-up converter with high-precision voltage and current regulation and automatic system power path selection from adapters or batteries.

It charges the battery in three stages: preprocessing, constant current mode, and constant voltage mode.
